2Do they maintain $2 Million of Liability Insurance, and send proof directly to you?
3Do they have Workers' Compensation Insurance?
4Are they an active member of the Painting Contractors of America (PCA)?
5Are they a licensed contractor in the State of Michigan? Make sure they share their license information.
6Is there someone on staff to guide you through the process and answer questions? Amber is full time in the office to answer any and all of your questions.
7Do they have a written policy that prohibits smoking or use of alcohol/drugs while working on your project?
8Do they provide a written quote with a price guarantee for the work specified?
9Do they provide you with a 5-year warranty for touch ups, that includes the labor?
